Overview

Snout Snacks LLC sells consumable pet products. Due to the nature of these items and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our dog treats are food products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
  • We cannot restock or resell returned consumable items.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To process a claim, email: snoutsnackco@protonmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Resolution method is determined at our discretion based on the situation.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
