Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST may begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Snout Snacks LLC ships within the United States using major carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly stated on our website when available.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Only)
After processing, estimated transit times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Snout Snacks LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Local Pickup (Phoenix, Arizona)
Local pickup may be available at select Phoenix-area events or markets when announced.
If local pickup is available, instructions will be provided at checkout or via email after purchase.
Tracking Information
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring accurate delivery information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us:
- The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
- Refunds will not include original shipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
For lost packages:
- Please first contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
